We are looking for self-directed, dynamic and outgoing individuals to support the administration and fundraising functions.
Your job roles entail the following:
Plans, coordinates, performs and manages Office Administration, Council meetings and major briefing events.
Data entry as well as maintenance and analyses of fundraising records for trend analysis.
Manages the filling system, archival of historical records and documents.
Desirable Attributes & Qualifications:
A keen interest to work with young people and adult leaders.
Minimum ‘O’ levels / ITE Qualifications.
2 years working experience preferable.
Out-going personality with good interpersonal skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Conscientious with details and facts.
