As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the key contact and liaison for customers to ensure their total satisfaction. You will interact with customers on an ongoing basis, process quotations and invoices, handling requests and providing support needed in a timely, professional and courteous manner. You will be creative, attentive to details and must be an analytical problem solver with a passion for excellent customer service.
What you'll do:
-Ensure every customer experience is top notch in quality.
-Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner, ensuring follow up on all customer issues.
-Deal tactfully with people in a wide variety of situations to convey a favourable corporate image.
-Utilize strong interpersonal skills to communication and interact with customers and team members at all levels.
-Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
-Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
-Minimum "ITE" Level or equivalent.
-Regular in-person attendance required
-Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service field is a must. Prior inside sales/customer service experience.
-Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members and management, both verbally and in writing a must.
-Adaptive to changes and be able to handle stressful situations in a positive manner
-Data entry skills, Knowledge of Microsoft Office, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus is required.
-Must be detail oriented with superior follow-up, investigative and problem solving skills.
-Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently.
-Working hours Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-6:00 pm. Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm.
