Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure
Preparing schedule bar chart plan considering all inputs (manpower, equipment and materials) availibility, production and construction sequences.
Resource and Manpower planning and management
Developing and updating resources (manpower, equipment and materials) availibility, production and construction sequences.
Inspect and monitor on-site work daily
Participate in all meetings (Schedule review meeting, progress meeting, coordination meeting, constructability review meeting and so on)
Record/Document weekly progress meeting help with client, consultants and sub-contractors
Liaising with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise
Developing contract and construction programmes and construction project plans
