We are looking for an experience and attention to detail office administrative assistant to work in our Central office. Successful candidate would require to perform daily office administrative task and be able to work independently.
-Oversea qualification with bachelor degree in business
-Proven admin or assistant experience
-Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
-Minimum 2 years working experience in finance sector
-Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
-Schedule meetings and appointments, manage staff travel arrangement
-Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents
-Managing office supplies procurement
-Assist HR related tasks
-Stability working attitude & commitment
