Talent Acquisition Manger(TA)
Our organization is currently seeking expansion always and in all ways, so we are looking for
Motivated and tenacious Talent Acquisition managers who can handle fast paced and transforming environment, you will perform roles of Talent Acquisition(TA) which includes;
• Rationalize all recruitment channels in terms of rate, services, terms & conditions
• Direct, in-directly sourcing approach for all potential candidates through a variety of channels
• Promoting diverse, referral and internal hiring
• Ensure the whole process is being delivered properly
• Managing full recruitment process ensuring efficiency and effectively for recruiting of talents
• Working closely with mangers/associates for their recruitment needs.
• Learn and participate in corporate events such as career fairs/roadshow with key external partners, and networking events.
• Perform recruitment activity such as posting of job advertisements, shortlisting of qualified candidates and selection of candidates.
• Prepare employment contracts and correspondences as required.
• Other TA jobs assigned.
• 21 years old and above for male candidates. (MUST complete NS)
• No experience welcome.
• Full certificate in GCE ‘A’ level, international Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, Diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent.
• Must be bilingual in English & Chinese speaking.
