Develop and maintain service portal, pages, widgets and catalog items for updates and enhancements.
Create customized reports and database views.
Enhancements, optimization and support of existing modules including Incident, Problem and Change Management
Check, advise, test and implement upcoming patches, hot fixes and release upgrades
Assist and advise on gathering and scoping of Servicenow requirements from business users.
Troubleshoot any issues with CMDB discovery based on incident management SLA.
Monitor discovery health for CMDB maintenance.
Minimum Bachelor degree qualification in relevant field.
Minimum three years experience in relevant field
Knowledge in maintain service portal and web pages
Good Communication in English
