Assistant Director Nomad Card (½ Time)
We are seeking a dynamic, self-starter interested in joining our organization as an assistant director. In this role you will work side by side with the co-founders helping on daily operational and administrative tasks as needed. You will also contribute to the strategic planning and implementation of set processes and goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the co-founders in all their duties and effectively carry out assigned responsibilities
- Ensure consistent and smooth implementation of daily operational procedures
- Communicate with co-founders to determine daily responsibilities for ongoing projects
- Search for information according to the projects of the company
- Manage and help to grow the contact network of the company
- Co-organize marketing and social events
- Assist in strategic business planning and analysis
- Perform all necessary daily tasks co-founders requires (phone calls, emails, etc.)
- Implement new procedure or operational changes
- Maintain calendars and schedule necessary meetings, calls, etc.
- Prepare, organize, and file office documents using our in house CRM
- Take notes and keep minutes during relevant meetings
- Liaise with clients and employees to ensure satisfaction
- Write and deliver progress reports to the co-founders
- Ensure all work meets necessary compliance standards
- Lead and complete special assigned side projects
- Be a knowledgeable resource in matters related to our business

Secondary Skills and Experiences:
- Bachelor’s in business management or related field preferred
- 2+ years experience as an assistant director or as an administrative assistant
- Knowledgeable in our specific field
- Highly computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Exceptional clerical skills and strong business acumen
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Skilled collaborator
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- Excellent communicator both orally and written
- Comfortable self-starting assigned projects
- Confident and eager to engage with clients
