ABOUT THE JOB

Duties and Responsibilities:
- As a Management Trainee, you will be undergoing a training of 12 months
- You will be trained to handle full outlet operations in the first 8 months which includes backend kitchen duties, front end customer services, tea making procedure, product quality assurance, manpower planning and cost controlling.
- For the next 4 months after you have completed the outlet operations training, you will be reassigned to different department in HQ to understand more on inventory management, business development and administrative support functions.
- You will also have the chance to attend training courses that will equip with essential expertise to perform future assigned positions
- Candidates will be assigned a mentor/coach throughout the training to facilitate learning process


Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Degree, in any field.
- No experience required as training will be provided
- Be keen to be part of the F&B industry
- Excellent and positive service attitude
- Candidate must be highly motivated, independent and able to multi-task
- A good team player with excellent inter-personal and communication skill
- Able to work shifts, on weekends and public holidays
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Able to commence work in short notice will be an added advantage

Area Manager

Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage approximately 7-10 outlets for its operational and manpower planning - Assist Operations Director to establish and develop operating policies, systems, processes to accommodate and support the rapid growth of the organization - Monitor and responsible for sales performance of respective outlets - Attend monthly meetings to solve various operation issues for growth sustainability - Review the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) regularly to streamline the processes for better efficiency - Conduct Outlet Examination and Training regularly for staff development and/or promotion - Involve in investigation of issues relating to customer complain (Service and Product Quality) - Review the performance of Store Managers and outlet employees and provide corrective action for improvement - Responsible for monitoring the performance of outlet expenses and inventory control - Retain and motivate subordinates especially high performer to help them achieve and excel in the required quality and productivity set - Attend external customer meetings (Coffee Tasting, POS Machine Training) to perform duties that aid business development - Perform related duties/tasks as required Requirements: - Preferably at least Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Food & Beverage Management or in equivalent field - At least 2-3 years relevant experience in similar industry - Candidate with equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered - A good team player with positive attitude.
