Job Roles & Responsibilities
Ensuring that all Visitor Experience Staff are performing their duties satisfactorily and according to the set policies
Daily deployment of Visitor Experience Staff
Continuously reviewing of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Process to maximize efficiency
Developing and running of training programs, subject to approval of the Authority
Conducting regular operational audits and service audits and sharing reports
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role or capacity
Prior experience in managing/handling operations for public buildings/attractions would be an advantage
Possess strong leadership and people management skills to manage the large number of staff
Conversant and able to write in the English Language
Good computer literacy skills are a must
$2,500 - $4,000 Monthly
