Source for suitable candidates from appointed recruitment agencies and
Provide hiring sections with at least five suitable applicants for each post to shortlist (unless otherwise advised by HR appointed personnel).
Administer the interview process i.e. arrange interviews of shortlisted candidates with hiring sections, collate and verify documents, and administer interview sessions;
Liaise with a recruitment agency and approved candidate on onboarding matters such as letter of agreement, start date, orientation session, IT equipment deployment, access pass collection, reporting details etc.
Collate monthly time-sheets, leave and claim matters for all contract-for-services hires;
Verify the details, ensuring promptness and accuracy in the information provided and payments made; and
The monitor contract period of the hires and facilitate extension/ termination/ lapse process where applicable.
Diploma in HR specialization or related field
Minimum of two years of relevant work experience
Candidate with recruiter firm background is strongly preferred
Well-versed in local manpower legislation and practices
Has good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferable chines speaking people, need to handle Chinese speaking candidate, so Chinese speaking is essential
