Your role as the Sales Manager involves managing a team of sales professionals to achieve the broader goals of Maddox business in Singapore and ASEAN. You are required to produce consistent and repeatable sales across all territories, segments and routes to market with the team. This ensures highly effective mode of operations locally and regionally to sell Maddox products and services direct to some of most strategic and complex accounts. As a member of Maddox, the Sales Manager would be responsible for executing the software selling to accounts strategies.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Leads cooperative efforts for Maddox sales teams and regional sales team
Manage overall data security business, order booking and revenue management in allocated vertical / region / set of accounts
Manage delivery of services through extensive Pre-sales, Sales and Consulting in the domain of Data Security and its solutions
Manage sales activity efficiently and effectively, including (but not limited to) prospecting, opportunity development, lead follow-up proposal processes and deal with execution
Demonstrate strong product and market knowledge to articulate our value proposition effectively
Provide a weekly revenue forecast for the current month, quarter and year as required
Build relationships within the accounts and build on existing IT/GSIs Relationships within
Manage customer expectations and ensure enterprise-level customer satisfaction by achieving delivery/service quality norms
Strong market knowledge of Cyber/Data security domain and up-to-date with industry trends
Overall 4-10+ years of experience with Account & Customer Relationship management skills in key domains of Enterprise Security like IT Risk Management, Application / Data Security, Security Analytics etc.
Specialized in positioning and selling IT Solutions on varied domains of cyber and data security
Delivered extensive Sales, Consulting and Pre-sales
Demonstrate persevering and customer oriented approach with commercial and business acumen.
Strong ability to build, leverage relationships with enterprise-level partners, GSIs, customers, and colleagues
Understanding of partner economics, business models and motivations for customer success
Ability to engage, excite, influence and coordinate with both partners and data security solutions’ functions with influential control
Outstanding communication skills written, oral and facilitation
Experience in pipeline building with the team and partners including planning, gaining senior sponsorship, delivering training, sales coaching and timely execution/follow-up
Demonstrated track record of coaching, motivating and retaining a successful group of sales and/or referral partners
Planning and financial skills including prospecting, business planning, account mapping, and knowledge of the partner ecosystem including pipeline management and forecasting
Min. 4-10+ years sales and account experience AND a minimum of 3 years sales leadership and management experience preferably in the Information Technology, Cybersecurity and/or Banking, Healthcare, Finance industry
Experience in managing teams that sell complex technical business solutions with enterprise-level clients and have a strong understanding of business drivers for cybersecurity solutions in such organisations
Understanding of overall business functions and the impact of technical decisions on business results
High degree of motivation and professionalism with advanced organizational, project management, negotiation, change management, problem solving skills, process management, leadership, coaching, mentoring, resource management, and team building skills
In-depth expert product knowledge and a solid understanding of Maddox competitive domain and technologies
Able to articulate and understand the customer strategy and Maddox solution strategy
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred
