Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has emerged in a fast growth startup to solve market entry in South East Asia. Assisting global companies to work with the right vendors such as company secretarial services, legal, audit and accounting firms in the region to set up their companies in a transparent and efficient way. Reporting directly to the management team, the candidate will have to build a team and crack the puzzle for whole of SEA over the next one year.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales / Account Management

· Identifying a pipeline of quality vendors in Indonesia and Philippines. Followed by Singapore and the rest of South East Asia

· Setting up meeting, vetting and onboarding vendors services

· Managing relationships with the vendors to ensure they are maintaining consistency and quality of service and ensuring they are happy with the referrals pipeline

Query management and deals acquisition

· Provide initial analysis on corporate secretarial matters for entities looking to be established in South East Asia

· Manage and respond to queries from clients about market entry into different countries within South East Asia and introduce to the right vendors in the relevant markets

· Crafting service proposals for clients on suite of services

· Negotiating price and payment terms with vendors and clients

Coordination and project management

· Management of ongoing active deal queries and pipeline, ensuring timelines are upheld and deadlines are met

· Contacting local POC/team members to maintain visibility on timelines for completion of services to be provided to the customer

· Providing updates to the customer on status and timelines

Job Requirements:

· Masters / Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration from leading university with a minimum of 3 years of experience with an accounting, audit or corporate secretarial services firm.

· Sharp analytical, research, problem solving, and communication skills

· Demonstrated ability to lead and negotiate transactions

· Proven track record in dealing with international clientele

· Meticulous and ability to adhere to tight deadlines

· Conversant with some/ all aspects of corporate secretarial practice including Companies Act, Listing Manual and Code of Corporate Governance

· Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently

· Fluent in English

Real Estate Investment Analyst/Manager

As part our young company's growth, an opportunity has emerged for an experienced real estate investment/asset manager to assist drive real estate expansion needs across South East Asia. Today we have 1 property in Jakarta, but we have plans to expand to more than 12 offices across the region, by 2021. Reporting directly to Sr. Management, you will spearhead the growth and the asset management of the company’s real estate portfolio. This is a broad ranging role covering all asset class including integrated developments, shopping malls, offices, hospitality and any other asset classes. Duties and Responsibilities · Formulate and plan the operating/management of real estate as well as develop project acquisition strategies, including deal sourcing and origination. · Explore joint venture opportunities and / or strategic alliances as directed by the company from time to time. · Deal structuring which involves an understanding of investments, legal, tax and financial considerations and working/negotiating with both external consultants and in-house team. · Support the Chief Executive Officer and the deals/investments team in all aspects of property acquisitions, and be responsible for liaising with commercial agents and developers to identify potential new sites and undertake appraisals before putting them forward for consideration. · Evaluate and structure investment proposals, and conduct market reviews and feasibility studies. Drive and lead negotiation for best pricing and terms and bring the deal(s) to fruition, as well as coordinate with relevant internal and external parties on matters relating to the deal (for new investments or management contracts) or project (for existing assets). · Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to Senior Management, Board of Directors and Investment Committee are pre-requisites of the job.
