IWD is a one-stop retail thinking company for the past 18 years.
We collaborate with over 300 brands such as LVMH, Estée Lauder, Richemont, Cartier, Shiseido, Uniqlo, The North Face, Godiva, Vans, William Grant & Sons, L’Oréal, Nestlé, Patagonia -- in the development and application of their merchandising & retail strategies. As a specialist in retail & merchandising, we assist our clients in strategic consulting and innovative online software.
IWD has a global presence in Paris (HQ), New York, Los Angeles and recently in Singapore.
To support this recent expansion, IWD is hiring a talented and motivated Business Developer to join our team in Singapore.

Reviewing and expanding our current clients’ database to identify potential opportunities (including prospecting, phoning, lead generation, engage new clients, signing-up new contracts, managing relationship) and efficiently networking to build business information that will be converted into deals.
Work closely with Head of Sales of IWD Singapore to discover new opportunities for growth
Book, manage your own portfolio of prospects, attend and lead meetings with them
Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business opportunities
Discover prospects’ needs and use your sharp communication skills to build and present sales proposals
Generate leads to transform opportunities into sales and meet or exceed semester sales goals and follow up the sales
Serve as a brand enthusiast for IWD’s suite of products and solutions
Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future
Development and realisation of sales support materials, finding new market opportunities, organizing creative events


1-4 years track record in client-facing B2B complex Sales. Bonus for Saas industry
Experience within a sales team that produces and exceeds their goals consistently
Experience in selling to multiple personas (IT / Marketing / Purchase at a Senior/CLevel). Having a network among the before mentioned personas is a big plus.
Experience in a startup environment would be a plus
Convert leads into opportunities by staying up to date on the competition as well as industry trends ideally in APAC retail and technologies
Desire to talk about what IWD can offer to our clients via multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, Meetings) without being overly pushy
Be curious & open minded, responsible, independent, flexible and have a positive attitude
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and use of CRM /Sales Navigator
Fluent business level of English is a MUST. Any other Asian language is a big plus.
