To manage phone and counter inquiries.
To manage mail & faxes.
To assist with student matters such as student transfers, admission, waiting list, financial assistance schemes etc.
To attend to injured or sick students
To handle bus booking requests.
To assist with store management
To co-ordinate supply of refreshments for school meetings
To handle general administrative duties to support office operations as assigned by Principal / Vice-Principals / Administration Manager.
Minimum qualification of ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
Have experience in school administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Power-point and Excel)
Possess good communication and inter-personal skills and able to multi-task and work as a team in a school environment.
