Plan and manage the day-to-day operations and administration of the Library and collection development within the approved budget.
Monitor compliance with SOPs .
Provide monthly reports to the authority Appointed Representative
Manage the Library Management System (“LMS”) and RFID Management System to maintain accuracy of data in LMS and to monitor the movements of library items.
Plan and prepare the annual budget report and monitor budget utilisation.
Manage the lists of User IDs and Passwords for knowledge databases.
A Diploma (preferably from a local polytechnic) with 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
Experience in working in a law library is preferred
Good Interpersonal Skills
