Simple data entry
Process, print and mail letters
Contact clients2 to follow up accordingly to the request by the authority
Attend to telephone enquiries
Minimum at least ITE/Diploma qualification
Proficient with computer use(i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel).
Prior experience in customer service and administration is preferred.
Ability to communicate in English and be conversant in a second language.
Good communication skills – verbal and written.
