ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a driven, disciplined, customer-focused sales and account management professional with a proven track record of achievement in high-energy sales environments.

Key responsibilities
* A confident communicator that is able to identify new business opportunities
* Develop and implement effective communication and strategies to drive sales, build and manage durable customer relationships
* Demo product capabilities via web and in person
* Prospect / prioritise resources on opportunities
* Extremely organised and bring high level of attention to details and efficiency while working under tight deadlines and able to multitask
* Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products nurture and expand the company’s relationship with top priority accounts, partners and decision makers
* Work closely across department for potential market trend and product feedback
* Work closely with Sales Manager to forecast sales activities, pipeline building strategies, and revenue tracking in CRM systems
* Willing to go extra miles for career progression and expected to exceed quota
* Be comfortable to travel for work when required

Requirements
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in enterprise/ B2B sales
* Experience in IT solutions / enterprise solution would be added value
* Proven results in sales / acquisition
* Dare to take challenges
* Good organization and management skills to priorities workload, manage deadlines and work well under pressure
* Self-driven, highly motivated and aggressive
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Excellent command of written and spoken English
* Excellent attention to detail, fast learner and goal orientated

Sales and Operations Executive
