The ideal candidates are to report to the Manager, Your responsibilities include and are not limited to :
- Answer clients' email and telephone calls
- Provide advice and solutions to meet customers' requirements
- Support Manager with their key account
- Maintain proper filing systems with the hard and soft copy of the documentation.
- Preparing and filing of all clients' policy of documents
- Monthly compilation of reports
Profile of Candidates
- Diploma in Business Administration or a relevant discipline from a reputable educational institution
- 1 to 3 years experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate good customer service skill
- Knowledge of Life Insurance will be an added advantage.
- Relevant experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good relationship building and negotiation skills
