We are looking for a dynamic allrounder individual who is passionate to learn and work in business operations in a start-up environment. This role spans finance, operations and marketing. The associate will provide support for marketing campaigns across all channels while managing business operations and engaging with the users on our software.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist the team in developing campaigns and programs to meet the sales objectives of revenue and pipeline generation. Campaigns may exist in the form of traditional marketing as well as digital.
• Assist in marketing activities including events, social media, email marketing, content creation as well as telemarketing.
• Engage with the users of our business intelligence software from onboarding to customer support
• Maintain records of supplier and client contracts and service contracts
• Assist in maintaining the financial accounts of the company and assist in the monthly closing of accounts
• Ensure day to day operations of the office are maintained and stakeholders are managed
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing
• Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role will be highly preferred
• Possess good written English skills, report writing skills
• Attention to detail and meticulous
• Fast learner and comfortable working in a fast-changing start-up environment
The following are a plus:
• Exposure to digital marketing
• Finance and accounting experience
