Malaysia-based Cobnb graced the stage as the winner for Startup of the Year at APICTA 2019 Awards — its Short Term Rental Management System (STRMS) outshined other contestants from Hong Kong, Thailand, China, Chinese Taipei, Bangladesh, and Myanmar.

The company was incorporated in 2017 to help boost property's performance for its clients by leveraging workflow automation, pricing, and financial analytics.

Its founders SW Tan and Glenn Wong self-funded Cobnb, managing over 500 properties with private property owners, property developers, hotels and resort villas.

The Asia Pacific ICT Alliance Awards (APICTA) set the stage for award-winning startups from 16 member economies for the past 18 years.
