• Working in ITIL framework and raising change request (Change Management-Voice) for major changes in Voice operations/Infrastructure as per the business requirements.
• Involved in the implementation of Avaya CM and Cisco Call Manager Programming.
• Configuring, Managing or Upgrading the AVAYA 6.3 Virtual Server.
• Taking Backup of CM server, AES, CMS on Daily and monthly basis.
