Through my experiences with brands such as Nestlé, L’Oréal Group, Pizza Hut, F&N Seasons, ASUS, Dairy Farm, Emborg, Star Cruises, Coca-Cola among others, I have acquired a deep-seated interest in understanding customer needs to provide the best of experiences, fostering good relationships and therefore putting them at the forefront of every strategy and engagement activity. I achieve this through community management, content and audience analysis as well as social listening whilst adhering to digital standards and trends. Managing a team and a host of clients at any one time, each with completely different target audiences, branding, content strategy and tone of voice has become my staple digital diet.
My next goal is to apply my strength as a leader and team player to achieve stronger customer-centric approach in contrast to regular marketing goals.
