Chirppe is a SAAS for childcare centre. Chirppe's objectives lie in improving the efficiency of childcare centre daily activities and at the same time offering a platform for parents to be kept updated about their child daily life in the centre.
After spending close to a year analysing thoroughly what other companies are providing, we have came to realise that SAAS for childcare centre in the current market are only catering to childcare centre itself and very minimal are catered to parents. As parents, my co founders and I have been brainstorming how we can offer a product / services to both childcare centre and parents and thus Chirppe is born.

Brilliancez provide a SAAS (Software As a Service) on a web application targeting at childcare centre, aiming to increase the efficiency of childcare operations by integrating childcare centre operations with the use of technology, reducing repetitive task with a few tab on the screen, from submission of daily reports such as individual child’s well-being report (daily progress) to photos, etc on real-time basis.
Chirppe differentiate itself by not only cater to preschool and childcare centre providing them with functions that they need to manage their daily operations, it also caters to the needs of parents by allowing them to view their child’s daily activities and well-being on a real time basis. Parents can get vital information such as meals, nap, potty time (for infant) and daily activities in school (such as toddler’s learning progress) with a glance on the web app. They are also able to set important reminders to individual teachers who are taking care of their child to perform certain task (e.g. Taking of medicine when the child is sick).
Parents no longer need to feel disconnected with their child and only to find out what happened in school through their daily log book after they reached home. Schools also do not need to risk losing the daily log book or miss out any important notice by parents. Time required to perform a task such as monitoring consent form (checking which child is attending, not attending or still pending their attendance) by teacher will also be cut down as Chirppe will collate the information and display it at a click of a button. Principal will also benefit from Chirppe as they no longer need to monitor which teacher has pending lesson plan yet to submit, Chirppe has a function that allows teachers to upload their lesson plan based on the date that they are conducting the lesson.
