Klang Games raises $8.95 million for space colony online simulation

KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 15): Merge Energy Bhd said today that the builder's major shareholder and certain directors have been approached by a few parties who have expressed interest in acquiring a stake in the company.
In a statement to Bursa Malaysia, Merge Energy said these parties also expressed interest to explore certain business opportunities with the company.
"However, the discussions with various parties are still preliminary at this juncture and no agreements and/or conclusions have been made insofar on the discussions.
